Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to passionate fishermen everywhere, except some remote areas in Asia and other locations where delivery isn’t reliable. Whether you’re fishing Texas lakes or preparing for deep sea adventures, we’ll get your gear to you.
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx ($12.95 flat rate)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS (for orders over $50)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days by our team of fellow anglers who understand the importance of your gear arriving on time.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive tracking information the moment your gear leaves our Austin warehouse. We package everything with the same care we’d want for our own equipment, using specialized packaging for delicate fishing electronics and rods.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
