Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used fishing lures (Bass Lures, Crawler & Spinner Harness)
- Opened packages of Beads & Components
- Customized or special order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your fishing equipment:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template below.
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You should see the credit in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective fishing equipment (like Cannon Downriggers & Accessories or Daiwa reels):

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
