We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our fishing equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of Daiwa reels, Cannon downriggers, Berkley rod racks, or any other gear, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used fishing lures (Bass Lures, Crawler & Spinner Harness)
  • Opened packages of Beads & Components
  • Customized or special order items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template below.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You should see the credit in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective fishing equipment (like Cannon Downriggers & Accessories or Daiwa reels):

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
